See You, Summer.

An autumn day,

And here I lay,

Confused by the weather,

So here I stay.

Leaves begin to fall,

Kids go back to school,

The summer is suddenly over,

Dropped away like the white cliffs of Dover.

Into a sea of memories fond,

Quickly that sea becomes a pond,

As it dries up and winter crawls in,

I patiently wait for the yuletide to begin.
