I enjoyed this article about reading a book for the second time. Holly Jackson is an author I need to try. I like how AndSheReadsOn notes the value of reading a book a few years after first thumbing through its pages. Maybe ‘A Good Girl’s Guide To Murder is worth several reads.
I wonder which books you would be tempted to read a second time. Let me know in the comments.
Hello hello and welcome or welcome back to my little bookish corner of the internet. Today sees the start of a new blog post series: second viewings.…Second Viewings: A Good Girl’s Guide To Murder

I definitely feel like you pick up more from the book on a re-read like little details you overlooked the first time or foreshadowing that now makes sense. One of my favourite books ever is The Five People You Meet In Heaven by Mitch Albom and, even though I’ve read it a few times already, I still feel like I pick up a new outlook of life with each time I read it.
Yes it can change your perspective.
AGGGTM is so so so good!!!
